After Hurricane Ike, my home of 32 years was a total loss. We had over
15 foot of water, over 110mph winds, and lost just about everything. I
had been with Allstate for 32 years, and had never made a claim. I
understand when times are like this, everybody has the same need, and

with no claim, I would of got some kind of preference, instead, I just

I knew I was in trouble when the adjuster said he did not like to climb on roofs.  So much damage was missed.  I employed Loss Consultants and they immediately took charge.  I am aware of the struggles they had with the insurance company but they always maintained their professionalism and kept me informed.
